Well, first of all, you need Theme Park

Then you can open
Plastik.LeopardTheme
, and click the "Apply theme" button. Now just restart your Mac, and changes will be applied.

You two have definitely been "fine tuning what Apple will not" as Max Rudberg puts it. I'm happy with SL and don't plan on lionizing any time soon.
